🐾 Hi, my name is Veil!
I’m a 5-year-old boy weighing around 17kg, and I’m a Shiba Inu and Jindo mix. My black-and-tan coat, pointy ears, and handsome face give me a distinguished look, but I also have a gentle and sweet side waiting to shine through. 🤎
I’ve experienced life in a foster home, so I have some experience living in a home environment. I’m good at going for walks, have a regular potty routine, and enjoy my meals and treats! With a little time and patience, I’m ready to settle into a new home and build a beautiful life with my forever family.
I like people, but I’m not the type to open my heart to everyone right away. I can be a little shy and cautious around new people or in unfamiliar surroundings. I may need some time to feel safe, so I hope my future family will let me approach the world at my own pace. Once I begin to feel comfortable, I’ll have the chance to show you more of who I am. ❤️
I don’t know exactly what my life was like before I was rescued, so new places and experiences may feel overwhelming at first. What I need most is a calm, stable environment where I can feel secure without being rushed. Please be patient with me as I learn that I’m finally somewhere I can call home.
There are a few things my future family should know about me, too. I may try to chase cats or birds when I see them, so I’ll need careful supervision on walks and continued training to help me stay safe. With consistency, understanding, and positive guidance, I hope to keep learning and growing alongside my family.
My dream is to find someone who understands that trust takes time. I may not be the kind of dog who runs straight into your arms on the first day, but I hope you’ll give me the opportunity to get to know you and discover how wonderful life together can be.
