Story
Arriving in WI on June 25th!
Nicholas is an adorable 8 month male mixed breed. He is a handsome guy with a big personality and he makes the shelter volunteers laugh with his fun antics. He weighs about 36 pounds, and we expect him to be medium size when fully grown.
Nicholas was found abandoned in rural Texas and was picked up by animal control and brought to the shelter. He is so excited to make the trip to WI and find his forever family!
Nicholas is a sweet and friendly pup. Like all dogs, he will need some training as he learns the routine in his new forever home.
He gets along well with other dogs and he loves people of all ages.
He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and he comes with his medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies him to be in good condition.
He will be arriving in Muskego, WI on Wednesday June 25th, and will be available to meet, and take home if he is a good fit, by the first family to have placed an exclusive hold deposit as set out below.
His adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. He is available for an exclusive hold with a deposit of $250, which we give on a first come, first served, basis. The balance of the adoption fee is due upon meeting/finalizing the adoption on Wednesday June 25th. If upon meeting, he is not a good fit for your family, the deposit is refundable.
We ask that you are serious about your intent to adopt before placing a deposit, so as not to prevent him from finding him forever family in the meantime, as we only accept one deposit per dog.
If he does not receive an adoption hold prior to his arrival in WI, he will be available to meet at our adoption events or by appointment with his foster family.
