Story
Journey has been at the rescue for close to 3 years! Despite his lengthy stay he has continued to be incredibly sweet and affectionate. He is not only friendly towards humans, but also plays well with other dogs, making him an ideal companion for a multi-dog household. He is playful - loves toys. Journey also enjoys meeting new people, always hoping that one of the new humans will take him home. It is hard to believe that this friendly guy has been in rescue for most of his life. Is it because he isn't as pretty as some other dogs? It certainly isn't because of his behavior. Journey is waiting to have a home of his own with people who will provide him with the love and attention he deserves.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. My adoption fee (if picked up locally in Crossville, Tennessee) is $225. Located in Tennessee but can be transported through Rescue Riders. Daisy was brought in with day old puppies, surrendered due to her being chained to a dog house. She is sweet girl who loves people! She is energetic, happy and gets along with other dogs. She has a very joyful personality who did not let her start ruin her life. She knows her name, does okay on a leash and does well in a car. She would be a great adventure companion who is open to new adventures with a new family.

Impeccable. Jake is 100% housetrained, has perfect home-alone etiquette, and hasn’t destroyed a single thing. No crate needed — he’s a trustworthy dude. He rocks that classic Shiba double coat, which means he’s extra fluffy and also… extra sheddy. Consider it a lifestyle, not a flaw. Generally chill and quiet — unless someone approaches his castle. Then you’ll get a polite (but confident) “Alert! A peasant approaches!” bark. Jake loves a good romp in the yard and playing fetch, but a fence is not required if he can get physical activity in other ways. New Home: Jake is the perfect partner for someone who loves to walk, hike, throw a ball, and appreciate a dog who’s equal parts loyal companion and independent thinker.
