Hi! My name is Rodger and I'm looking for a loving home to call my own! I am a year and a half old and I've been back at the shelter since 2/20.I am a very sweet lil dude who loves getting attention! I am an active guy who loves to zoom zoom zoom. I can be a little bit stubborn but I will eventually listen to commands. I am a little picky with toys but I will take any treat offered and I love spending time with my favorite humans!My ideal home would be very active to keep up with my energy and knowledgeable on my breed. I made my way to the shelter as a stray so staff is unsure how I would do with dogs, cats and kids. Staff think I would probably do best as an only animal due to my breed characteristics and from what they have seen at the shelter!If you are interested in adopting me, please visit Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road or you can call the Adoption Team at 218-722-5341 as early as 10:30 AM and place a nonrefundable $25 hold towards my adoption fee to put you first in-line to adopt! Our adoption team is available via phone Tuesday-Friday from 10:30am-6:00pm and Saturday-Sunday 10:30am-4:00pm. Our adoption process is first come first serve.RODGER'S ADOPTION FEE: $325 plus tax. This fee is used for the extensive costs associated with vetting and otherwise caring for Rodger and future pets at our shelter. Every adopter from Animal Allies receives a pet that has been spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Our pets also receive dental work or other treatments when necessary. In addition, Animal Allies provides free lifetime post-adoption counseling to help with any behavioral issues or concerns you may have for your new pet!
