Companion dog in the home preferred Adoption Fee: $400 + tax To adopt, go to: www.mendingspirits.org/apply-to-adopt.html Awesome is a lively, affectionate puppy who is full of enthusiasm for life. He loves other dogs and greets them with happy energy, always ready to make a new friend. He is just as affectionate with people and absolutely soaks up attention, wiggling from nose to tail whenever he’s being petted. With his striking eyes and signature ears, Awesome stands out both in looks and personality. Awesome lives with five other dogs in his foster home and gets along wonderfully with all of them. He enjoys playing and running during the day, then settles in quickly for naps and snuggle time. He loves curling up in the recliner with his foster dad and will happily jump into bed at night to be close to his people. He walks well on a leash and is doing great with house training, with no recent accidents. He is still polishing his puppy manners and can get excited when people arrive or when treats come out, so continued guidance will help him shine. Found as a stray in Alabama, Awesome spent much of his early life outdoors but is quickly learning how wonderful indoor life can be. He is smart, loving, and eager to please, and he would thrive best in a home where someone is around most of the time and where he has another dog to keep him company. From Awesome: I’m loving Minnesota so far and having a blast playing with my dog friends all day. After all that fun, I crash hard and fall asleep fast. I love snuggling with my foster dad in the recliner and curling up near his feet.
