Story
adoption donation : $699 weight 25 lbs Age 4 months as of 3/20        Hattie is an adorable puppy who is a happy & healthy girl, along with her  sisters and brother she is having a grand time in her foster home, romping and playing at Wags and joining her siblings snuggling into a big puppy pile to nap.    The puppies were found by a truck driver in a rural  part of Mississippi, abandoned in a deserted field. Two of the siblings had already sadly passed away. The driver gathered up the remaining pups and brought them to Wags.  Since then, the three girls and one boy have thrived, getting the vet care, food and vaccines that they need. They are friendly and loving and will make great family dogs.    Hattie is currently in Mississippi and is scheduled for a spay soon. She would love to board the transport anytime in the next couple of weeks and head to the northeast! She is ready to give sloppy kisses to the lucky family who adopts her.     Wags is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs.  Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay neuter. Story
Age 2 years Weight 39 lbs Adoption donation $599 June is the sweetest, most mellow dog, she loves everyone she meets and gets along great all dogs and cats. She is gentle with children, she just loves to be with her people. Her foster mom says she will give kisses for days! June was found as a stray  in a rural  part of Mississippi and taken in by Wags. She immediately made herself at home, running and playing with all the dogs. June came up to a foster home in the northeast recently and has charmed everyone. She loves toys and bones and is a smart girl, she has learned some commands, she can sit, stay,  lay down, give paw and she will wait to eat until she is told she can. June is very food motivated, but watch out, she is a table surfer! June still have some puppy like qualities, she will jump up when she gets excited and pulls a bit on the leash, but is a smart girl and can learn with a little more training. When she first came, June had some separation anxiety, but she has gotten a lot better. We’d love a home for June with a family with children or other dogs or just anyone who is around a lot, she just loves to be with her people!     June is really the quintessential family dog, you never have to worry, she doesn’t have a drop of aggression. She’s just all sweetness. She may be a little timid first, but when she settles in, she truly loves to be with you.  for more information please email mariaeftimiades@yahoo.com            April 6, 2025, 12:46 pm
