Hi, I’m Maisey! I’m a beautiful Carolina Dog mix weighing around 35 pounds. My story almost had a very different ending, but thanks to an amazing community who came together to save me, I was pulled from the intake list and given a second chance. Now, I’m ready to find my forever home!   During my time in foster care, I showed everyone just how wonderful I am. I’m potty trained, great with other dogs, and have the sweetest personality. I love people, and I can’t wait to be someone’s loyal companion. Meet Joey! At just 10 months old, Joey is already stealing hearts with his oversized ears, extra-long tail, and playful personality. While he might look like a kangaroo with those features, we think he’s more likely a Carolina Dog or Whippet mix — but whatever he is, he’s 100% adorable! Joey is up-to-date on all his vaccines, heartworm negative, and just needs to be neutered. He weighs around 40 pounds now and may fill out a little more, but should top out around 50 pounds. He loves to run and play in a yard, and while he’s doing fairly well on leash walks, he’s still a puppy and could use a little more practice. One of Joey’s favorite things in the world is to flop down in your lap for belly rubs. He’s a sweet, affectionate boy who’s ready to find his forever home.
