Story

This is Tao. A very handsome 3 1/2 yr old Snowshoe Siamese. Tao is back with Nala’s through no fault of his own. He came to us as a kitten and was adopted at about 12 wks old to a local family. They are no longer able to care for Tao, so he has come back to find a new forever home. He is a typical Siamese—affectionate, talkative, intelligent and social. Siamese are known to show great devotion and affection towards their owners. They can be opinionated and sassy. Since his return, he is staying with his original foster and it appears he’s fine with the cat he knew as a kitten. He’s minding his manners and using his kitty box like a pro. He also seems to tolerate the playful foster kittens in the home. He loves lounging on the enclosed patio. He is very talkative and “chirps” when he is communicating. He would do well as an only cat, but seems to be just fine with other cats as long as there is a proper introduction. He would probably be fine with a calm, cat-friendly dog.

Story

an international one! 5 months ago, my sister was living in Vancouver, Canada and she adopted Onyx from a shelter. 3 months later, my sister’s circumstances changed and she went to live in Europe. Onix flew from Canada to the US with my son (almost 3 months ago). I was hoping to foster Onyx until my sister settled down…but my sister is now living her life and I have been left with Onyx. Unfortunately my 3 adult cats do not accept Onyx at home. I had them separated for about a month, introduced them gradually, tried everything I could so they could get along, and even though it has gotten better, I feel sorry for my cats, they are stressed, constantly looking over their shoulder and I think is not fair on them Onyx has been through a lot, however, recently she has been having some fun and relaxation at home with me, she is very funny, and likes playing a lot. My poor cats are very stressed though, that is why I want to rehome her. She has gorgeous green eyes! She is 4y
