I got her from an older lady in Pullman Washington who couldn’t house her any longer either due to her landlord having the same issues, I didn’t have that issue until I moved in with my father. She’s 6months old, the lady I got her from said she had her shots at home but wasn’t dewormed so I dewormed her she said she would need another dose of vaccines by her 8month mark. She’s a very good cat, good with lots of animals when she warms up to them, same with people and kids. She’s a bit shy but once she’s broken out of that shell she’s a real goofball.

*She wont attack any cats or dogs, she will just avoid them.We adopted Maybelline in the fall of 2021. They said they thought she was 6 or 7, but she seemed much younger than that after we got her cleaned up. At first she was very timid and shy and scared, but she has grown to be very affectionate, chatty and sweet. We are very sad to be sending her to a new home but our family is having some health issues that require our full attention. We hope she finds a home with someone who loves to snuggle, and can be home often. If she could, she would sleep in your bed all night, but we had to keep her out of our room due to allergies. She is a good mouse and bug hunter, and she is super sweet with kids. She likes her litter cleaned promptly after she uses it and can be a little picky about treats and food. We often joke about her being a princess because she can be a little particular. She is overall an amazing kitty, and we hope she finds her perfect forever home.

Meet Obsidian!Just like the beautiful volcanic glass he`s named after, Obsidian is a real gem! This 2-year-old black cat is as striking as he is friendly. He loves to leap up to high places, explore every nook and cranny, and make sure he knows exactly what`s going on around him. Once he`s finished his latest adventure, Obsidian is always ready to soak up plenty of pets and affection. With his curious nature and sweet personality, he`s sure to shine in any home!If you want to meet and/or adopt Obsidian, please swing by during our open hours, Saturday -Wednesday 1PM-5PM! If you are wanting to bring Obsidian home same-day, please bring a carrier. His adoption fee is $90 and covers his neuter, microchip, vaccines, internal and external parasite control, and general expenses while under the care of the WCHS!
