Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Meet Mooney 🌙🐾 Mooney is a young adult spayed female, about 1 year old, with a stunning tabby coat and the sweetest expression. She was found as a stray and lovingly taken in by a kind soul who kept her safe until she could make her way to us. Now, Moonie is ready to find a forever home of her own. This beautiful girl seems to be quite the social butterfly with other cats. She enjoys feline companionship and, with a proper slow introduction, we think she would do just fine in a home with a cat-friendly kitty. She hasn’t had experience with dogs yet, so any canine introductions would need to be thoughtful and gradual. Mooney is at that perfect age — young enough to still be playful and curious, but mature enough to leave the wild curtain-climbing to the younger crowd. She enjoys attention, exploring her surroundings, and being part of the household activity without causing total chaos. Mooney’s adoption fee is $75. She is spayed, started on her vaccination schedule, and microchipped. If you’re ready to give this lovely tabby the safe, loving home she deserves, head to www.mjhs.ca, click the Adopt tab, and scroll to Mooney’s beautiful face to submit your application. Let’s help Mooney’s next chapter be her very best one. 💛

Story
Meet Spock! 🌟 This handsome 3–4-year-old tabby boy is as sweet and gentle as they come. Spock is a neutered male who appears to have lived in a home before—he’s impeccably clean, calm, and enjoys quiet company. Spock has an easygoing personality and doesn’t react to other animals, making him a great candidate for a multi-pet household. We always recommend slow, patient introductions when meeting new feline friends, just to make sure everyone feels comfortable. He’s already microchipped, dewormed, and started on his vaccination schedule including the Rabies vaccine, so he’s all set to beam up to his forever home! If you’re looking for a quiet, sweet, and tidy companion who will bring gentle affection and peace to your home, Spock might just be your perfect match. 🐾💫 Spock's adoption fee is $150. Story
Meet Bebop 💚 Bebop is a 4½-month-old long-haired male kitten with beautiful green eyes and a soft, fluffy coat to match his gentle personality. Bebop is a shy boy who is still building his confidence, but underneath that timid exterior is a playful kitten just waiting to shine. Once he feels safe, his curious and fun-loving kitten side starts to come out. His favorite partner in mischief is his brother Rocksteady. The two love to play together, chase toys, and keep each other company. Because of this, Bebop would likely do very well in a home with another friendly pet who can help him continue to grow in confidence. Bebop will need a family who understands that some kittens simply need a little extra patience and time to feel comfortable. With a calm home, gentle encouragement, and lots of love, we know Bebop will blossom into a wonderful companion. If you’re willing to give this sweet boy the time he needs, you’ll be rewarded with a loyal little friend and plenty of kitten playfulness along the way. Bebop: ✔ 4.5 months old ✔ Male ✔ Long-haired with stunning green eyes ✔ Playful kitten at heart ✔ Would do well with other pets ✔ Just needs a little time and patience to settle in Ready to give Bebop the loving home he deserves? Bebop's adoption fee is $150 which includes $100 spay/neuter deposit. He is started on his vaccination schedule, dewormed and microchipped. Story
Addy – 10 Year Old | Spayed Female |Dilute Calico Addy thought she had already found her forever home. Seven years ago, she was adopted from the Moose Jaw Humane Society and spent those years loved and cared for by her person. Sadly, when her owner recently passed away, Addy’s world changed overnight. A family member stepped in to help, but their resident cat has made it very clear that Addy isn’t welcome — so this sweet girl has found her way back to us while she waits for a new beginning. Addy is a stunning dilute calico with soft pastel patches and a personality just as beautiful as her coat. She is incredibly friendly and loves people. In fact, Addy is quite the conversationalist! If you sit down beside her, she will happily tell you all about her day and everything that happened while you were gone. After losing the only home she’s known for the past seven years, Addy deserves a quiet, loving place where she can settle in and feel safe again. She would likely do best in a home where she can be the center of attention — soaking up all the love, conversation, and cozy spots she deserves. If you’re looking for a sweet companion who will greet you with stories and affection every day, Addy might be the perfect addition to your family. Addy's adoption fee is $75, she is spayed, started on her vaccination schedule, and microchipped. To apply to adopt Addy, please visit www.mjhs.ca.

Story
Meet Boris 🐾 Boris is a 2½-year-old neutered male who is looking for a fresh start and the right fit. He was adopted from us as a wee kitten, but after more than two years of trying, it became clear that Boris and the older cat in the home simply couldn’t see eye to eye. Sometimes, despite everyone’s best efforts, personalities just don’t mesh—and that’s okay. Boris is now hoping for a second chance in a home where he can truly thrive as the only cat. Without the stress of sharing his space with another feline, Boris can relax, settle in, and be his best self. He has not lived with dogs, but with a slow and careful introduction, he may be able to live with a calm, feline-friendly dog. Named after Boris and Natasha from the Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoon, Boris has a memorable name to match his unique personality. He’s looking for a home that understands him, respects his boundaries, and is ready to give him the one-on-one companionship he’s been missing. Adoption Details: Adoption fee: $75 Neutered Microchipped Started on his vaccination schedule Boris doesn’t need perfection—he just needs the right home. If you’re looking for a cat who would love being your one and only, Boris could be the perfect companion to start his next chapter with 🐾💙
