Story
Now accepting applications for Honey Bun! Honey Bun is a young adult spayed female about 10 months old. Honey Bun is a little shy, but as soon as you touch her she melts into your hand and purrs like a freight train. She would love a warm lap to snuggle up in! She is used to living with other cats and would love to join a family with a friendly feline to help boost her confidence. Honey Bun's adoption fee is $75, she is spayed, started on her vaccination schedule and micro-chipped. If you are interested in meeting Honey Bun please go to our website at www.mjhs.ca and click the Adopt tab, then Adoptable Animals and scroll to her beautiful face to submit your application. Once your application has been approved we will contact you to come spend some time with Honey Bun to be sure she is the right fit for you. If after meeting Honey Bun you decide she is not the right cat for you there is no obligation to complete the adoption process. We look forward to hearing from you! Story
Meet Xalloumi! He has the body of a cat but the personality of a puppy, because he is very cuddly and craves attention and presence. He loves to be in the same room with his human and he loves even more to walk up to you and flop down for pets (almost any kind). His ideal state is to be on your lap and is quick to begin purring deeply. He is also very vocal with a wide range of purrs/meows/chirps especially when hungry or not getting enough attention (in his opinion). Xalloumi also loves to play, is very explorative, and is quite fearless (he quickly turned his fear of the vacuum to mild distaste). Xalloumi was found on the streets in Saskatoon and lost one ear tip to frost bite. He is self-regulating on food but would benefit from some experimentation on what the best brand and type of food (wet/dry) would be best for him.Xalloumi is the sweetest boy and would bring joy and laughs to any household. Likes: Cuddling, attention, playDislikes: Being in small spaces and having no one to play withAn ideal home would have: lots of room to explore and places to perch and climb, with humans often at home to play with himGood with cats: Unsure, but probably would be fineGood with dogs: UnsureGood with children: Unsure, but probably would be fineWould this kitty enjoy an animal companion?: Unsure

Story
Nelli is a wonderful and affectionate cat. Her favourite time of day is when you come home from work and give her pets. Some of her favourite things are treats and pate, drinking water from the tap, playing hide and seek, nuzzling her face against you, and watching for your return out the window while you're away. Her first day in our home she spent exploring and going from person to person asking for pets. She is vocal and persistent, especially when she's hungry. She's also playful and especially likes her wand and the laser pointer. Nelli is a loving companion who enjoys spending her time at your side.
