Story
🌟 Meet Naila – The Strikingly Beautiful, Smarty-Pants Catahoula! 🌟 Age: 8 months Weight: 45 lbs Breed: Catahoula Leopard Dog (aka: living art piece) Naila is a gorgeous young girl with stunning markings and an even sweeter personality. She’s great with dogs of all sizes—she does play on the rougher side, but she listens to verbal corrections and reads doggy body language like a pro. She adores children and loves every person she meets. This smart cookie is house trained, crate trained, and uses the dog door like a champ. She’s the perfect mix of playful and chill—moderate energy that needs healthy outlets, but once she’s satisfied, she’s happy to hang out and lean ever so slightly against you just to remind you she loves you. She’d thrive in a home with another playful dog or kids to romp around with. Naila is a working breed, so she’d shine in obedience training or even agility—she’s extremely food motivated, eager to please, and picks up routines fast. She’s non-destructive when her energy is properly exerted. She can cohabitate with dog-savvy cats, and a minimum 5-foot fence is required to keep this agile, athletic girl safely contained. We’re also working on door dashing, and she’s already made great progress! Loyal, loving, smart, and stunning—Naila truly checks all the boxes. 🐾 Adoption Info: All of our animals are fully vetted, which includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipped prior to adoption. Don’t worry though — we’re always happy to help you find another great match if that happens! Our goal is to make sure every pup ends up in the best home for their needs (and yours too!).

Story
🐾 The Moment You’ve All Been Waiting For… Duke Is Ready for Adoption! 💙 Our favorite little tripod, Duke, is officially on the lookout for his forever home! He currently weighs 15 lbs at about 4 months old, and we estimate he’ll mature somewhere between 40–60 lbs. We know—that’s a big gap! But with mixes like Catahoula or Great Dane in the guess pile, we’re doing the best we can. 😉 Duke is deaf, and while he can’t hear the world, he sure feels every bit of love in it. His missing leg doesn’t slow him down one bit, and his lack of hearing doesn’t stop him either. This boy is unstoppable. He’s working hard on potty training, crate training, and leash skills, and he’s quickly becoming a little pro. Duke loves absolutely everyone and everything—dogs, people, life in general. And bonus: he won’t bark at the TV doorbell or alert to random sounds. 🎉 His adopter will need patience and a commitment to training using sign language or visual cues. You can’t call out to him—he won’t hear you. Experience with deaf dogs or a willingness to learn (and maybe even work with a trainer) is a big plus. He’s still a puppy and needs supervision, routine, and guidance to grow into his best self. A secure physical fence is a must, and having another confident, friendly dog in the home would be a wonderful bonus for him—he learns a lot by watching others. If you’re ready to give a very special boy a very special life, Duke is ready to meet you. 💙🐾 🐾 Adoption Info: All of our animals are fully vetted, which includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipped prior to adoption. 🐾✨ Meet Strudel — Your Daily Dose of Happy Delight! ✨🐾 If you’ve been searching for a dog who brings equal parts goofball energy, gentle sweetness, and pure joy, allow us to present… Strudel — a 1.5-year-old, 40 lb Catahoula/Cur-ish mix with a whole lot of silly and happiness baked right in. 💛 Strudel is the best kind of versatile dog — the kind you can shape into whatever your heart desires. Adventure buddy? Snuggle partner? Playgroup MVP? He’s your guy! Here’s the scoop on this happy boy: 🐶 House-trained and uses the dog door like a pro 🎾 Loves to play with other dogs and gets the zoomies (often, enthusiastically, and with zero apologies) 🦴 Benebone enthusiast and very food motivated — training is a breeze 🚶 Walks beautifully on leash 💛 Adores people and gives the sweetest, gentle hugs 🏡 Non-destructive when left out for short periods 🚗 Timid about loading into vehicles, but we’re working on it 🛏️ Crate training is improving — he prefers a larger enclosure for now 🌳 Needs a securely fenced yard 🐕‍🦺 Would love a dog friend, but not required 👧 Great with respectful kiddos! Strudel is a dog who will rise to any occasion — a blank canvas of joy ready to become the perfect companion for someone who wants a loyal, playful, loving sidekick. 🐾 Adoption Info: All of our animals are fully vetted, which includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipped prior to adoption.
