Story
I am available for foster to adopt only. Meet Chandler! 🐾 Chandler is an 8-year-old Catahoula mix who qualifies for our Silver Paws VIP program. This very sweet boy has a gentle personality and so much love to give. He’s a loyal companion who just wants a cozy spot by your side and a family to call his own. Chandler does need to shed some extra pounds, but with regular walks, playtime, and a little portion control, he’ll be feeling better and healthier in no time. He’s more than ready to start this new chapter with someone who will help him along the way. If you’re looking for a calm, kind, and loving dog to share your life with, Chandler is waiting for you! 💕

Adoption fee is FULLY WAIVED thanks to an anonymous donor!! Free, non-binding application must be submitted to secure an appointment at www.gofar.dog under "Adopt”!Hi I'm Bass! Mama gave birth to me and my 11 littermates in a rural area of Miami. We were all adopted, and I guess I drew the short straw as my family had to surrender me back to the rescue, as they could not care for me anymore. I'm 1 1/2 years old now and a very good boy - I know I didn't do anything wrong, so I will wait patiently for my new family to take me home! My rescue believes I'm a Catahoula mix, possibly with cur. My adoption fee has been fully waived thanks to an anonymous donor... I am up to date on my vaccinations, neutered, dewormed, heartworm negative, and microchipped. All I need now is a new home! If you are interested in adopting me, please complete an application at www.gofar.dog under "Adopt". If you encounter issues with our website, please email adoptions@gofar.dogIf you have questions, email my rescue at adoptions@gofar.dog. If you'd like to experience all the love I have, and want to make me part of your family, please complete the adoption application by pasting this link into your browser: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=sm2546&method=online_form_html&formid=21

Story
Hi, my name is Rocky! I was found as a stray laying on a random front porch exhausted and sore from road rash. A Good Samaritan found me and reached out to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue to help me get the medical care I needed. I'm doing great now - a happy, healthy boy! I've had a pretty rough go of it in my past, but I'm a good boy who deserves a loving home. I know basic commands, I love the pool and playing fetch, and walk pretty well on leash. I'm best suited for a home with no other pets. I've done great with every human that I've met! I'm estimated at around 4 years old and last weighed in at 57 lbs. I'm currently being fostered by the great folks over at Arfington Pet Resort in Tamarac, Florida who fell in love with me when they met me a while back. My adoption fee has been reduced to $100 and includes the care I needed at the vet, up-to-date vaccines, microchip, neuter, and heartworm test (negative). If you are interested in adopting me, please complete a free, non-binding application at www.gofar.dog under Adopt. Story
Draco is a beautiful and loving 2-year-old Catahoula/Pitt. He has the best personality and is loved by everyone who meets him - everyone wants to say "Hi" to Draco. If he were a human, Draco would be a fraternity president or a politician shaking hands with everyone. He is very good at training and knows basic commands - serious potential in this area. Draco would do well in a home that keeps him active, as he loves to run and play. He is neutered and up to date on shots and heartworm medication. Draco currently lives with two other dogs and a cat, and gets along with all of them; he also adores and follows my son. I can't speak highly enough about this dog, and he definitely deserves a 2nd chance at life in a loving home. I am his foster and also have his sister in case somebody is interested in both of them - pictures are included!

Story
Princess is a stunning 50-pound Catahoula-Pit mix with a lean, medium build. She is incredibly loving and loyal, with a goofy, playful personality that will keep you smiling every day. Despite her sweet nature, Princess carries some scars from her past, which make her cautious and a bit skittish around certain people. Because she struggles with sudden movements, Princess would do best in a home without cats or small children. What she truly needs is a patient, understanding person who can give her the time, space, and reassurance she deserves to feel safe and build trust. Once she lets you into her heart, you’ll have a devoted best friend and a truly special companion for life.
