Story
Ellie's story really breaks my heart. I first met her at Animal Control. Her time had run out but she was adopted at the last moment. She lived in that home happily for a year but they moved and took her to the vet to be put down. Luckily, the vet contacted us and we went and got her. Then she was adopted and returned less that six months later. They did not have time for her. It is very hard for a dog to go from a home to a rescue environment. You can see the hurt in her eyes. Ellie is a sweet and loving girl. She loves children and people. Please help us put the smile back in her eyes by adopting her. We did a DNA test on Ellie and this is the results: The results of Ellies DNA test are: 24.6 % Catahoula Leopard Dog 16.7 % Supermutt 12.5 % Labrador Retriever 11.6 % Miniature Australian Shepherd 11.5 % Border Collie 10.8 % American Pit Bull Terrier 8.2 % Boxer 4.1% Rottweiler The Supermutt parts are: German Shepherd Chow Chow Australian Cattle Dog

Story
Callie was surrendered with her 7 newborn puppies. She is a sweet athletic dog. She has no interest in other dogs or animals, not unfriendly just not interested. She loves to run and has strong tracking instincts. Great on a leash and while not specifically cuddly is happy to sit with you on the couch or the bed and hang out. She is a bit shy at first but warms up very quickly. She has been in a personal home with all her puppies and has done very well.
