Story
⚜️🍰Doberge(F), Catahoula Leopard Dog, 5 years 🍰⚜️ 🗣️Pronounced: “dough bear” ⚖️58 lbs Meet Doberge! Sweet name, even sweeter girl. Specialty: Hugs. So many hugs.🧁 Doberge is a sweet gal with a heart as big as her cuddle game. 💗Her absolute favorite thing? Giving love. If you’ve got hands, she’s got kisses ready. If you’ve got a lap, she’s climbing in. Personal space? She’s never heard of it — and frankly, she doesn’t believe in it. 🦮She walks nicely on a leash and is working hard on keeping all four paws on the floor. She will thrive with some training and patience. 📚 Doberge would do beautifully in a home that appreciates an affectionate, people-oriented pup who bonds deeply and loves enthusiastically. If you’re looking for a velcro-style best friend who believes every day should start and end with hugs…🫂 Doberge is ready to frost your life with sweetness. 🍰🐾 🏡 p://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TIP-A-547

Story
⚜️💖Yvonne aka Vonnie(F), Catahoula Leopard Dog, 11 months 💖⚜️ ⚖️50 lbs 🍬Vonnie is 100% sweetness wrapped in a gorgeous speckled coat. At just 11 months old, she’s still got that playful puppy sparkle — but her favorite activity? 🛋️Climbing directly into your lap like she weighs approximately three pounds instead of… well… more than that.🤷‍♀️ 💋She is incredibly affectionate and thrives on connection. If you sit down, she will find you. If you make eye contact, she’s yours. If you open your arms? Prepare for cuddles. 💕 💭 Vonnie would love a home where she can bond closely with her people, soak up attention, and continue learning and growing into the amazing companion she’s meant to be. She has a gentle heart, a loving spirit, and the kind of loyalty that makes Catahoulas so special. 🧲If you’re looking for a velcro-style best friend who believes personal space is optional and cuddles are mandatory… Vonnie is ready to move in. 🐾💗 🏡 ttp://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TIP-A-546

PLEASE READ: Thank you for your interest in one of our adoptable dogs! All dogs listed are still available. If interested, please complete our no obligation application. This can be found at www.waldosmuttleycrew.org. Select the Applications tab, then Adoption Application. THE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED BEFORE WE CAN START THE PROCESS. It can take up to a week to process an application. We are an all-volunteer rescue so please be patient. Our adoption area is limited to a 4 hour radius of Indianapolis. We try our best to provide all information in our bios. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask during the interview process. Some of our dogs have special requirements such as needs another dog in the home or requires a physical and permanent fenced yard. These requirements are not negotiable. Unless otherwise noted, we do not cat test our adoptable dogs. We also require that all pets in your household be spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and on a monthly heartworm/flea preventative. E-MAILS: We do not respond to e-mail inquiries without an application. We regret that we cannot respond to every e-mail unless you fill out an application. All the dogs we offer for adoption have been spayed/neutered, wormed and microchipped, are up-to-date on immunizations, have been tested for heartworm and are currently receiving a monthly preventative. If the dog had additional medical issues, those have also been addressed. Visit our website www.waldosmuttleycrew.org for more information and to complete an application. Ogden, or Oggie Doggie as we like to call him, has such a zest for life!!! He loves people and attention ... armpit scratches and ear rubs are a favorite of his!!! Oggie is a 2 year old treeing walker coonhound/pointer mix weighing about 65 lbs. He LOVES to play with other dogs and is constantly involved in games of chase and wrestling. He is slightly dominant with males so, although he does play with other males well, would do best in a home with a playful girlfriend. Oggie is high energy so needs a large yard with at least a 5 foot fence; he can easily jump over anything shorter and will do so if he spots a bunny. He loves toys but is a "slayer" of the stuffed ones; they then have to be buried in shallow graves in the yard. LOL! Ogden is sure to keep you laughing with his antics; he has such a huge personality! His perfect home will be one where he won't have to be crated for long hours, a large yard with a 5 foot or higher fence, and must have a very playful female dog to be his best friend. Oggie Doggie's adoption fee is $225; he's neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations and monthly heartworm/flea preventative. Applications are available at waldosmuttleycrew.org .
