Story
This is the most loyal boy I’ve ever met. I am escaping a DV situation and moving suddenly and can’t take him with me. He knows several commands and loves to please you, playful, intelligent, stubborn, and sweet as pie. Always down for an adventure — loves his brother, but shy around some dogs out of fear because he has been attacked twice. true coonhound bark, and all the sass. He loves to give love.

PLEASE READ: Thank you for your interest in one of our adoptable dogs! All dogs listed are still available. If interested, please complete our no obligation application. This can be found at www.waldosmuttleycrew.org. Select the Applications tab, then Adoption Application. THE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED BEFORE WE CAN START THE PROCESS. It can take up to a week to process an application. We are an all-volunteer rescue so please be patient. Our adoption area is limited to a 4 hour radius of Indianapolis. We try our best to provide all information in our bios. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask during the interview process. Some of our dogs have special requirements such as needs another dog in the home or requires a physical and permanent fenced yard. These requirements are not negotiable. Unless otherwise noted, we do not cat test our adoptable dogs. We also require that all pets in your household be spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and on a monthly heartworm/flea preventative. E-MAILS: We do not respond to e-mail inquiries without an application. We regret that we cannot respond to every e-mail unless you fill out an application. All the dogs we offer for adoption have been spayed/neutered, wormed and microchipped, are up-to-date on immunizations, have been tested for heartworm and are currently receiving a monthly preventative. If the dog had additional medical issues, those have also been addressed. Visit our website www.waldosmuttleycrew.org for more information and to complete an application. Ogden, or Oggie Doggie as we like to call him, has such a zest for life!!! He loves people and attention ... armpit scratches and ear rubs are a favorite of his!!! Oggie is a 2 year old treeing walker coonhound/pointer mix weighing about 65 lbs. He LOVES to play with other dogs and is constantly involved in games of chase and wrestling. He is slightly dominant with males so, although he does play with other males well, would do best in a home with a playful girlfriend. Oggie is high energy so needs a large yard with at least a 5 foot fence; he can easily jump over anything shorter and will do so if he spots a bunny. He loves toys but is a "slayer" of the stuffed ones; they then have to be buried in shallow graves in the yard. LOL! Ogden is sure to keep you laughing with his antics; he has such a huge personality! His perfect home will be one where he won't have to be crated for long hours, a large yard with a 5 foot or higher fence, and must have a very playful female dog to be his best friend. Oggie Doggie's adoption fee is $225; he's neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations and monthly heartworm/flea preventative. Applications are available at waldosmuttleycrew.org . Hello there, I'm a sweet boy looking for my furever home! I am here due to no fault of my own, and my previous owners said I was good with other dogs, kids, and strangers- so you can say that I am a pretty easy going dog! Story
Gilbert is a sweet lil guy who was found wandering the streets in really cold weather. He quickly adjusts to love in your lap and belly rubs. He is young and full of hound dog energy. He already thinks of himself as a royal prince and comes with his own brand of confidence. Because Gilbert was a stray we are not sure how he would do around children, but since he is young we suspect he would adjust. He is highly treat motivated and attentive, so he would look forward to training time. He has quickly made friends with the other dogs in the house. Gilbert can be quit the singer of songs to his people and likes to make sure everyone knows when he’s up in the morning. Apartment living is not going to be the best option for him. However, he is quite the gentleman when he goes around town. He can easily go to dog parks, breweries or a road trip. Gilbert's favorite music band is the BEAGLES, he would love to listen and dance along side you. Will you be Gilbert's dance partner? *Adopters must live in Central Indiana, no more than 45 min from downtown Indy *Please visit website for how to adopt: https://sketchymuttsandunderdogs.org/adopt *Please note that we do not operate on a first come first served basis.

Story
Ruger is now ready for adoption! While we don't know his exact mix, we do know that he is going to be a large dog. He is approx 4 - 5 months old and 36 lbs. We are looking for a home where he can be with another dog. Dog-savvy cats are okay, as well. He will need to have a home with a yard, and he likely has some type of hound and guardian breeds in him, so socialization, mental stimulation, and training must be a priority. He is almost 100% potty trained, and he LOVES to please his owner. Ruger is an intelligent dog and will be a great addition to a family that meets these requirements. Ruger has received rabies and bordetella vaccines, two rounds of 5-in-1 vaccines (3rd booster due 3/18), heartworm prevention, neuter, microchip, flea prevention, and dewormer. His adoption fee is $400.
