🐾 MEET MA-LADY 🐾Ma-Lady is trying her best to adjust to the noise and chaos of shelter life. At 8 years old, it can all be a little overwhelming for this gentle senior girl.Ma-Lady was surrendered after the family who had recently added her to their pack found that the new dynamics weren’t the right fit. They had only had her for a few months, so unfortunately, we don’t know much about her life before then.What we do know is the sweet soul standing in front of us today. ❤️Ma-Lady is calm, mellow, and gentle. She moves a little slower these days and takes her time getting from one place to another. She isn’t looking for excitement—she’s looking for comfort, companionship, and someone to love.She never soils her kennel, so we believe she should transition very well back into a house-training routine.Ma-Lady has also not shown reactivity toward any of the dogs at the shelter. As always, we recommend slow and careful introductions to resident pets. Because she’s an older lady with some aches and pains, she would likely do best without a young or overly exuberant dog constantly wanting to wrestle and play.And then there are her eyes.Ma-Lady has the kind of eyes that seem to look straight into your soul. 🥹At this stage of her life, she deserves something incredibly simple:A soft bed inside a home.Gentle hands.Quiet evenings.Lots of loving touch.And a family she can finally call her own.Ma-Lady deserves to spend her golden years knowing she is safe, wanted, and loved.Come meet this beautiful senior girl and give her the chance she deserves. ❤️🐾📍 Waverly Animal Shelter & Humphreys County Humane Society108 Young RoadWaverly, TN 37185📞 931-296-7319🐾 Providing care and refuge for the helpless and creating a Humane Community where all animals have hope

Meet Tesa! 🐾💙Say hello to Tesa, a gorgeous 9-month-old Catahoula Leopard Dog who is looking for her FUR-EVER home! 🏡🐶Tesa came to us as a stray from Hopkinsville, and this beautiful girl has already shown us what a fun pup she can be! She has done great with her kennel mate and absolutely LOVES to play! 🥰And can we talk about how STUNNING she is?! 😍🐾 Her unique Catahoula coloring is absolutely beautiful, and she’s sure to turn heads wherever she goes!We’re unsure how Tesa does with cats or children at this time, but she is still young and can continue to be properly socialized with new experiences, people, and animals.Tesa is not yet house trained or crate trained, but she’s only 9 months old and is absolutely capable of learning! With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, she can become the wonderful companion she’s meant to be. ❤️Tesa has received:🐾 Her first round of vaccines🐾 Flea & tick treatment🐾 Dewormer🐾 HEARTWORM NEGATIVE! 🎉🐾 She will also be microchippedTesa will need to remain with us for her spay, but she can still be adopted now and her new family can take her home once she is ready after her procedure.💰 Adoption fee: $122.43If you’re looking for a playful, beautiful young girl with plenty of love to give, Tesa could be the one for you! 💕🐾Come meet this stunning girl and help her find the loving FUR-EVER home she deserves! 🏡❤️Dogs are $115 and puppies are $110 unless otherwise noted.
