Story
Adopt Leah: The Queen of Second Chances Leah is a resilient and loving girl who deserves a quiet, cherished life! Rescued just in time to deliver and successfully raise her litter of eight beautiful puppies, this sweet momma has proven herself to be a truly wonderful and devoted dog. A Second Chance at Joy: Sadly, this wasn't Leah's first litter. She spent much of her early life as a yard dog, but winding up at the shelter was the fresh start she desperately needed. Now spayed, heartworm negative, and current on all vaccines, Leah is ready to finally be the pampered pet she was always meant to be. Meet Her Personality: Leah is initially a quiet girl and can be a little shy around new people and experiences. However, the wait is worth it! Once she trusts you, her loving heart opens completely. You'll be greeted by her signature, silly "teethy grin" and a contagious, full-body wag. She is also the undisputed Queen of Zoomiesher happiness is truly infectious! The Perfect Companion: Leah is a good girl who is content to stay close to her person, making her an easy companion. Her stunning merle coat and beautiful heterochromia (two different colored eyes) make her a genuine showstopper, but her inner beauty shines brightest. We can't wait for Leah to find the family who will spoil her and show her what a dog's life should truly be like. Can that be you? Leah is microchipped and ready to go home! All our dogs/cats are vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, on preventions, and spayed/neutered if old enough. Story
Patch is a friendly, loving companion! He is 2yo and weighs 43lbs. He is housebroken/UTD on shots. We’re heartbroken to rehome him, but our family situation has changed; he will soon be alone 9 hours a day and we don’t want that for him. He loves his people and will do best in a home where people are frequently home during the day or with another high-energy dog to play with. He will run and jump on other dogs to play with them and often strange dogs don’t react well to that, so he needs just the right playmate. He has gotten along well in groups of female dogs and with high-energy puppies like my friend’s Boston Terrier. He has a sensitive stomach and does best on high-fiber food. He does not like being crated but he will go in the crate with the 'go home' command. He knows sit/stay/place. He sometimes pulls on the leash so we use a wrap-around leash or e-collar. He loves exploring, chewing bones, and snuggling! We will give his crate, leash, etc. to his new family.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. My name is Jasper. That’s probably not my real name because my story is unfortunately a lot like many other unwanted pets. I was left to fend for myself not knowing where my next meal would be. Luckily I was rescued and given my chance to shine. I have proven that I really really love people regardless of my early start with humans. I want to be loved so much that I will beg for just a head rub and lap snuggles. Yes I’m a big strong boy but I’m really a small lap dog disguised in a hound dog body. Do I give slobbery kisses, why yes, is there a problem with that? I love to run and play but if given a choice I’d rather be by my persons side. I would make a great adventure companion. Riding shotgun by your side wherever you go, that would be my doggie dream. Currently I share a foster home with lots of other all size dogs but I would really like to be your only ride or die dog. I’ve gone so long without one on one attention that I’m constantly competing for the attention. Am I perfect? Heck no but I’m a diamond in the rough, clay ready to be molded. I’m looking for my person who is ready to be my furever person. One who will love me and never give up on me. I’ve been waiting a long time to just be loved. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 6, 2025, 12:44 pm

Story
I got Gaya as a puppy and since then she has been the best friend/family I have had. I am extremely sad I have to give her up. Just hope whoever takes will take care of her as she will in return. She is playful, alert, smart, friendly, and all around great.
