Chewie is a big boy who loves being outside and chewing on his bones. He is goofy and curious about others (animals and humans). He is not a hyper, super active dog. Chewie was adopted outside of St. Louis at 12 weeks old. He has done well with my children and other pets, but can be skiddish with strangers. I think he would be perfect somewhere with open land and not a lot of surprise visitors.

Hi! My name is Lola! I am 3 years old and weigh 75 pounds. My mom is a lab mix and my dad is a german shepherd. I am fully potty trained and crate trained, I like my crate and sometimes just go in there and lay down. I am timid at first and may bark my deep bark until I get to know you.  I enjoy playing with the other dogs in my foster home and even let them take my toys away from me. I go to doggy daycare twice a week and have so much fun. I was so loved and spoiled in my previous home. We had to move to a smaller house with a cat and it was determined that I am not good with cats. I would be a devoted buddy to a loving family (without a cat). Nyx is an 8 month old shepherd mix pup. She is an active and very smart girl who learns easily and is eager to please. She is 47 pounds, already knows to sit when asked and is potty trained. She would make a great addition to an active family situation that has time to give a young dog. She is good with other dogs and older children, she hasn't been around cats.
