Story
Meet Confetti Cannon, a 1-year-old German Shepherd with a big name and an even bigger presence. Weighing in at a solid 97 lbs, this handsome guy is still new to the shelter, so we’re just beginning to learn about his personality—but so far, he’s making a strong first impression. Like many young shepherds, he’s likely still growing into himself and will benefit from structure, training, and regular outlets for both his body and brain.Because Confetti Cannon has only been with us a few days, there’s still more to discover about what makes him tick. What we do know is that he’s a young, large dog who will thrive with an adopter ready for an active, engaged companion. As we get to know him better, we’ll update his profile—but if you’re a fan of big dogs with big potential, Confetti Cannon might be the one you’ve been waiting for.The dog adoption fee is $110 . They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DAPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas. Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online. If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510. This is especially important if you are viewing this animal on any site other than Animal Services` website.

Story
If you’ve ever watched It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and thought, “You know what this situation needs? A massive, lovable dog,” then congratulations—you’ve found Pepe Silvia. Much like his namesake, Pepe is a presence. Big? Absolutely. Mysterious? Only in the sense that you’ll never understand how one dog can be this handsome and this doofy at the same time. At just 1 year old and 87 lbs of premium fluff, he’s basically a walking hug who believes personal space is a myth invented by the mailroom. Pepe is an absolute love and a half—deeply committed to snacks, very into you, and fiercely loyal to his toy collection (which he manages like an evidence board covered in red string). He’s goofy, affectionate, and radiates that gentle giant energy—where being bigger just means there’s more of him to cuddle. Ya dig? Important memo from the mailroom: Pepe thinks cats and other small animals are for chasing, not coexisting. Because of this, he’s looking for a home without cats or small animals, where he can focus his investigative talents elsewhere (like locating dropped snacks). If you’re ready for a big, sweet, snack-motivated best friend who will happily crash your couch and your heart, Pepe Silvia is here. And yes… he definitely exists. The dog adoption fee is $110.
