Hi! My name is Luna and I am available for adoption!I was brought in by my previous owners on 01/28/26 due to them being unable to care for me any longer.I am an outgoing, loving, silly gal. I have a bit of dry skin that will need quite a bit TLC, but my caretakers here at the shelter have got me on a treatment plan to help me on my way.I am a medium sized dog, but I am a bit overweight! However, I am a very well mannered girl who walks well on leash and knows how to `sit` and `shake.`You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The Pet Adoption Center is located at 21615 64th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032.Come and visit me today, I`d love to go home with you!

Hi! My name is Haymitch and I am available for adoption!I am a sweet and timid boy who would love a forever home. My backstory is that I was a stray and I needed to be trapped. I was very scared when I first came to RASKC. However, after treats and reasurance I have fallen in love with my caregivers! it has been quite remarkable to see me come out of my shell. My ideal family is quiet, compassionate and understands I need to build my confidence and trust again. I know tricks like sit and paw. And will learn anything you teach me for a tasty treat!Im mainly a big goofball. My big droopy eyes will win you over! I am very gentle when taking treats and with my stuffed animals. In my kennel im usually laying in bed, I love to take any oppertunity to take a big nap!You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Story
Gerty is a rescue and she had been through some serious abuse from a previous owner. Her face was burned and scarred and her back and hip had severe injuries that are healed now, but can bug her sometimes in the cold. She is the SWEETEST tempered doggo despite all she's been through! She LOVES kids and wants to run and play and fetch. She doesn't do well with other pets however. I believe her previous home was only her and my home is as well so I think routine is key for her! she loves to play! She is like a big kid! She doesn't bark unless she needs to potty or or on some occasions if someone is knocking, but that's a rarity. She is a BIG beautiful doggo! She does shed and will get into garbage if you leave it out. She will also run away if not leashed, but she walks like a superstar on a tight leash! It's quite beautiful! All in all, she's darn near perfect and we are heartbroken that we cannot keep her! I hope someone has the time to make her last years good years! She's a good girl
