Story
At 14 years young, this neutered poodle mix named Bear has perfected the art of companionship. He’s calm, kindhearted, and hoping to spend his golden years in a home where he can relax, feel safe, and be cherished. He isn’t looking for anything extravagant — just a soft bed, a warm spot in the sun, and humans who appreciate the simple joy of having a loyal friend by their side. In return, he offers quiet companionship, soft eyes full of gratitude, and the kind of steady love that makes every day feel a little lighter. If you’re looking to open your heart to a senior who still has so much love to give, this gentle soul is ready to spend his retirement years with you. Bear comes with Sanctuary support so his health care needs are easily met. Bear is the perfect couch potato and will happily cuddle up with you for a movie marathon or a good nap in the sun. He's a low-key guy who just wants to hang out with his favorite people and maybe get some tasty treats along the way. He would prefer an adult household. A gentle friend would do nicely. Bear still has lots of love and kisses to give to the right person. Could that someone be you?

Story
This is Anu, & we are very sad to have to rehome him due to our landlord not allowing pets anymore (we have new owners that own the property). We love Anu so much and it breaks our hearts to have to do this. We were given Anu when he was a puppy and the guy we got him from says he was a lab/husky mix. However, he doesn’t look it and we think he may be part of the pointer breed. Anu is 5 (human) years old and will be 6 in March 2026. He is very kind to other dogs, cats, and even small children. He loves to give kisses, and playing fetch is his favorite things to do that he will play for hours! He also loves squeaky toys the most. Anu is potty trained especially if he is put on a schedule and house trained but may need some additional training if being in a new house. He really is a great dog and we are willing to wait for the right person to adopt him. If the fee is too much we will work with the right person. Pls msg me if you want any more info!
