Adoptable dog alert, meet Nyko! He's a Cavapoo with a black and white coat. He's around 4 years old and 19 lbs. He's neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccines and monthly prevention. About Nyko: - Yard optional - No cats (he's a 'fraidy cat) - Dog and kid friendly (kids 7+) Gentle Nyko likes warm hugs and giving kisses. He's a napping enthusiast and one of the softest dogs you'll ever pet. He's doing great with house, potty, and basic training. When it comes to walks, he only has eyes for you and doesn't care about other dogs who come along. Nyko respectfully ignores his 14 year old chi-foster sister. When it comes to other dogs, he will resource guard toys, so it's best to pick them up before any playdates. Speaking of playdates, he adores play time with the neighbor pup. He can be a solo dog, if you're home often. If you're out frequently, he'd do best with a respectful doggie sibling in his new home! Nyko is ready for his fur-ever family. He's doing great with leash, house, and potty training and doesn't require a fenced yard in his new home. He'd happily be an only child or share with a similarly sized or smaller doggie sibling. He's kid friendly, no cats please - they make him nervous. Daisy was dumped in our development when she was about 3 months old. We took her in she is 2 1/2 now. We had 5 dogs. She doesn’t get along with little dogs. We had a little mixed poodle that was 14 years old and there was a mishap with Daisy and our little guy died. She is a very loving dog, she has been to training to learn to walk on her lease. She has been boarded at a Dog Park with no problems. She would be great in a home with no other pets or children. She loves to play ball and chew on her bones. She is feed in her crate. She has a bed in our bedroom where she sleeps.

Story
I found Billy 2 years ago living in the woods with his homeless owner. Billy jumped in my car and his homeless owner said he couldn't care for him anymore, so I adopted Billie. Billy is about 3 years old now and looking for a new home due to my apartment restrictions of pets. Billy ran out unleashed and my apartment owner stated that I had to rehome him after an altercation with a smaller dog.Billy is pet friendly, he is very excited and can play rough at times. He is not aggressive, he played with the small dog too rough. I use to take him to the dog park and he does well with my older dog and cats. He is energetic, and loves to play and needs an active dog owner. Billy is currently being boarded because I had 7 days to have him out of of my apartment. I visit him 3-4x's a week hoping he will not be boarded forever and finds a new loving home. I also don't want Billy to feel as if I abandoned him.

Liberty was a rescue from Animal Care and Protective Services. She bonded with the wife and kids quickly. However, she has become much too large for the small condo that we live in. Not violent. Very protective of females. Very tolerant of and loves kids. Ahy around males but will warm up to them.
