Story
Kairo is 6 year old, 14lb mini poodle. I adopted him 1.5 years ago from a breeder after they retired him. (Kairo used to be a breeding dog/stud). Because of his history, he is undersocialized. He is very nervous around people, kids, and/or pets. He does cuddle but recently prefers to stay in his pen. He is also comfortable in his crate. He doesn’t bark (I’ve heard him bark twice). He is a very routine dog and requires someone who is routined, patient and will love his stoic, slow pace and personality. Someone who is a homebody or retired and loves slow walks would be great. This my first time owning a dog, I travel often, and I am relocating. I fear that my schedule is unsettling for him. Sometimes he has stomach issues because of his anxiety.
