Story
Meet Noelle! Noelle is a 19-pound Cavapoo who was born 10/19/20. She came to us around Christmas time from a puppy mill. Despite the life she endured, she possesses a sweet and gentle personality. She is happy to love everyone she meets. Noelle requires a fenced yard. She walks well on a leash, but absolutely will not potty on one. She grew up in a place where they had doggy doors and could run outside to potty, so she has never had to potty while on a leash. She keeps her kennel clean at the rescue, but will need an adjustment period to settle into a new outside routine. She loves kids, dogs, and cats. She is a little shy at first, but once she settles in, she is all snuggles and personality.
