Story
This is Glizzy, she is 4ish. She is well behaved and loves all people and dogs. She is well trained and generally low maintenance. She loves being outside. Loves treats and sleeping. Her two down sides are She has allergies, (allergic to chicken and some other stuff) and she hates cats, that is why she is unfortunately here, she doesn't mesh with cats. But if you dont have cats she will be great for you!

Story
Hi, I’m Rosco.I’ve been with my family for four years, and I’m a friendly, people-loving guy. When I meet new women or men, I’m excited and happy to say hello. I’ve also been around school-age kids, and I get excited to see them too. I really enjoy being part of the action.I’m fully house trained and will even ring the bells on the back door to let you know when I need to go outside. I know “sit” and “come,” walk great on a leash, and have no reaction to birds or squirrels. Outside on walks, I’m confident and easy to handle. In the yard, I’m more on the passive side and like to just hang out.I’ll be honest about a few things. I’m a little fearful around other dogs, both big and small, so I would do best as the only dog in the home. I can also be protective over my toys and treats - I need a family that understands this and is willing to provide structure and clear boundaries. I’m used to staying in a crate at night and when my family isn’t home, but crating is still a bit of a work in progress for me. I don’t have separation anxiety, though — I just need patience and consistency to feel fully comfortable.I love toys (especially the kind with stuffing — I consider it my job to remove it), and I really need a family who has the time to play with me, exercise me, and include me in daily life. I bond closely with my people and thrive when I’m given attention and direction.If you’re looking for a loyal, friendly dog who enjoys being with his humans and would do best as your one-and-only pup, I might be the right match for you.My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org.Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you’re welcome to walk in anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we’re closed for adoptions on Sundays and Mondays
