Story
Shepherd is a cuddle bug. He’s never met a stranger and confidently approaches guests and wants to curl up next to them. Honesty, he’s the most cat like dog I’ve ever met. Unfortunately our family travels extensively, both my husband and I for work and as a family. While we use a reputable dog sitter, Shepherd gets a little bitter when we return and has made a habit of marking my office as his territory. He has yet do have an ‘accident’ at any place we stay away from home, or at any dog sitter’s. We’ve tried for many years to correct this problem and are currently to at a loss. We’ve taken him on trips with us to alleviate this, but he does get quite anxious in the car. No accidents. Just whimpering. We would love to find Shepherd a home with someone who can be home more to celebrate the best years of his life before he’s gone. Recent vet visits indicate he has plenty more life to live and we’d be very grateful for him to have the love he needs, even if that means letting him go.

Story
Goose was adopted from the Humane Society as a puppy in April. The young man who adopted him was very loving toward him, but had a change in his work schedule and had to give him up. Goose loves people of all ages and is equally well-behaved with men and women. He is a happy lab mix who loves to play and be with people. He is not a barker. He has been in a house with cats, other dogs, and children. He would be a wonderful pet for a family. He is a goofball and will play with anyone and everyone. He is a delight and a lot of fun to be around!
