BIRTH DATE:  11/01/2025 THIS CAT IS LOCATED IN CENTRAL ARKANSAS *THIS CAT IS NOT HYPOALERGENIC* LITTER BOX TRAINED:  Yes ADOPTION INCLUDES:  All vaccinations, dewormed, 30-day flea prevention, FIV/Felv tested, spay/neuter, rabies vaccs, all health records to date.   GETS ALONG WITH OTHER CATS/DOGS?  Tippy is acclimated to cat friendly cats and cat friendly dogs - slow, gradual introductions are always needed when meeting new friends! CHILDREN? He is fine with well-mannered children who know how to respect pets. BIO: Tippy was found on the Hendrix college campus with his two brothers when a rescue was doing TNR (spay/neuter/return) for their mother.  They were young enough to scoop up and find homes for, so they wouldn’t have to live on the streets.He has a tiny white tip on the end of his tail.  His foster mom used to mistakenly think it was a peice of lint on his side, but when trying to pick it off, it was just his tail! HAHAHA!!Tippy enjoys cardboard boxes, fishing pole toys, fury mice, jingle balls and roughhousing with his foster brothers.  He likes playing with and snuggling up with his foster brothers as well as in your lap or on the bed with you - he likes to knead a soft blanket. He also prefers to sleep in your bed after a little chase play with your hands hidden under the blanket. His odd little quirk is that he likes watching you scoop the litter box, chasing the scoop ("helping") and then playing in the clean litter - but only if you're there to watch.  He quits when you finish and leave, haha!Tippy *MUST* be adopted into a home with another kitten/cat for companionship, because he would not do well as an only.    OUT OF STATE/OUT OF AREA?  We do not arrange transport or ship. Mishka is a 6-year-old cat who was adopted a few years ago and has been a very loved part of our home. Over time, it’s become clear that living with a dog is not the right environment for him, and his stress has increased. He spends more time hiding and doesn’t get the calm, consistent playtime he deserves. With an upcoming move, we want to do what’s best for Mishka and give him the chance to be truly happy and relaxed. Mishka is extremely shy at first and will need a patient home. It can take a few weeks for him to feel comfortable, but once he does, he is incredibly sweet and affectionate. He loves cuddling at night, goes crazy for catnip and toys, gets the zoomies, and enjoys chirping at birds from the window. He would do best in a quiet home, ideally without dogs, where he can settle in at his own pace and feel safe. We’re looking for a calm, loving home that understands shy cats and is willing to give Mishka the time and space he needs to come out of his shell.
