Story
Meet Poppy! She is the sweetest and smartest 5.5 month old girl. She is well behaved and well trained. Knows all her commands, recall, no, etc and picks up new training extremely fast. She is good in public, happy to run your errands with you, loves walks and hiking. She is an absolute sweetheart and anybody would be so lucky to have her. I rescued Poppy about 3 months ago with hopes of keeping her for my own but unfortunately my home environment is stressful for her. I have a dog care business meaning dogs come and go constantly, and that doesn’t sit well with her. She has demonstrated resource guarding (only towards dogs not people) and feels the need to claim space and things with new dogs, which is uncomfortable for everyone involved. However she loves to play with dogs outside and in other locations, the problem is strictly in the home. It breaks my heart, but I know it’s in her best interest to find her a different situation where she can thrive. Email taylorleigh722@gmail.com
