Meet Turtle, a sweet two year old dog who is ready to find her forever family. She has a medium energy level overall, but transforms into a hefty ball of energy when it is playtime. Turtle can be a little shy when first meeting other dogs. However, she warms up quickly and loves making new canine friends after a gentle introduction. Because she is extremely food motivated, winning her trust and teaching her new commands is an absolute breeze. A pocket full of tasty treats is the absolute fastest way to her heart. She is an adaptable companion who would thrive in an active apartment lifestyle. She would also do wonderfully in a home with multiple dogs, provided she is given the proper time to acclimate. While she is versatile, her absolute dream environment would be a loving home with a spacious yard. Having a yard provides the perfect safe space for her to run around and let out her playful spirit.
