Story
Due to recent life changes we are needing to rehome our Lab, Asher. Asher is blind, but does very well regardless. He loves to play fetch with his soccer ball, which he uses his strong sense of smell to help find. He’s great with kids and also has lived in our home with two cats with no problem. We used to live on lots of acreage, and have downsized considerably, and Asher really misses running around without being confined to a small space. He does well on his own, but would do really well with a family that has more time to devote to him. A family that loves to cuddle would be great, as he loves to jump up on the couch and snuggle when he is allowed. He also loves walks, but does not go down stairs since he can not see them.

Story
This is Sissy, she is a 6 year old silver lab. I took her in when my friend’s passed away but was in over my head. I already had another lab and having two big dogs can be overwhelming and expensive. I had a baby a year ago and it’s gotten really hard to take care of both of these dogs. They are great with him, they just need a lot of care and attention. Sissy has to take Proin so that she doesn’t have accidents while she sleeps and it is over $100 every 3 months. She is very sweet and cuddly but can be protective at times and may bark at strangers when she first sees them but would never hurt a fly! I mean just look at that face. She had had some hair loss on her sides due to her breed but she’s a gorgeous sweet girl. She’s crate trained and listens to “sit” and “lay down”.

Journey is a big boy, very loving, and gentle!  He's friendly and outgoing, does well with other dogs, and loves to go to the dog park to run around and swim.   He's a big pup that likes to think he's a lap dog!   Journey is crate trained, very smart, and working on his house training and doing well!   Journey would do best with an active adopter who can provide lots of exercise.  ##1584928##
