 SOPHIE:  Adoption to a good home will be considered under our HOSPICE Program. We will pay for food, medical care, and any needs she may have. She would need a good home with a fenced yard and no other pets. She likes other dogs but we do not know how she feels about cats. She loves people. You would have a great dog that would cuddle with you with no expense You must be approved by Paws and Prayers Pet Rescue and meet some criteria regarding caring for a dog. Sophie is a wonderful, happy go lucky girl who is 12 years old, likes other dogs and will sit and watch TV with you. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped and about 40 to 45 pounds. She would love to go home with you and settle into her golden years. Story
 Stevie Nicks (of Fleetwood Mac)  is a happy lab mix puppy girl born around 9/10/25. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and ready to adopt. Her adoption fee is $350 but includes all and her happy disposition. To adopt her, please complete our non-obligatory application at www.pawsandprayers.org. Any questions, email marty@pawsandprayers.org.   Her mom is only about 30 pounds and looks like a little sheltie so she will probably not be over 40 pounds as was the runt of the litter. She loves belly rubs and sleeps in her crate at night.  As you can see she has been talking to Santa and the Grinch about her wish for that forever home. Please remember pups looks and personalities can change QUITE a bit as they grow up. They lose their puppy coats and growth estimates can be unreliable when dealing with mixed breeds. Also note that puppies are LOTS of work. They cannot be alone for 8 hours a day, they chew EVERYTHING, they are physically not capable of 'holding' it for long periods until they mature and they're top skill is usually finding trouble no matter how well you think you've puppy-proofed your home. Please contact Amber (alfedor@sbcglobal.net) for more information about this pet. Sweet little Peanut has been the star at Paws and Prayers adoption events because he's so stinkin cute!! This lab mix pup is approx 3 1/2 months old, and is a quick learner and knows how to sit for treats, is walking like a champ on the leash, and does amazing in the car too. Anyone who meets him falls in love for sure! He will do fine in a home with other dogs or cats.  His adoption fee is $350.00 and includes neuter surgery, (already done) up to date vaccines, flea, tick and heartworm prevention, microchip, and endless love from a sweet puppy named Peanut!
