While Volt is very friendly, he does seem to be somewhat untrusting of males. However, with food motivation and positive reinforcement, he will likely overcome this hesitation in time. In the shelter, he allowed staff to put on and remove his little jacket and loved sitting in their laps while they worked in the office. Volt will also happily sit in his foster parent’s lap when he’s had enough playtime – he just needs people who respect his signals and give him space when he says he’s had enough. ✨ To Volt, life is all about toys, play, and fun!
