When his owner took shelter in the winter, Presley was left on the streets to fend for himself and that was terrifying for such a small dog. We have had to work with Presley to assure him he is safe. He trembles when he hears loud noises. He is lovable once he does adjust and feels safe. Because of this, Presley needs a quiet home with only adults. He also needs someone patient and willing to give him time to adjust. Because of his fearfulness, which will go away once he feels safe, we consider him special needs and is adoptable with a discount adoption fee. He is healthy and completely vetted and microchipped.
