MEET MILO! 🐾 Milo is a 6-year-old Chihuahua/Beagle mix weighing 22 lbs, looking for his forever home through PAWS Rescue Inc. This little guy is as loyal as they come — he just wants to love and be loved in return. His foster mom says if he had a nickname, it would be “Tape,” because he loves to stay close and connected to his person. Milo knows his basic commands like come, stay, and no. He’s both kennel-trained and house-trained and does well with other dogs. He’s still learning that cats are friends, but he’s getting there! Milo is a bit shy at first and may take a few days to bond, but once he trusts you, he’s the sweetest companion. He likes to alert you when someone’s at the door and will bark until he feels comfortable and safe with new visitors. Car rides make him a little nervous, but with patience and reassurance, he’s improving. *Fenced yard required*

✨ Meet Truffles ✨ Truffles is 10 years old, full of energy, playful, smart, and alert. At just 10 ½ pounds, he’s the perfect size—fit, trim, and ideal for snuggles. He’s fully housebroken, crate trained, and would love nothing more than curling up on a cozy bed (or even better, next to you). This sweet boy has peacefully lived alongside more than a dozen rescue dogs, plus goats, pigs, and even free-range chickens and roosters. His experience with cats is unknown, but he’s proven himself to be a gentle companion. Truffles is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, and recently had a full dental with extractions—his teeth are healthy, his breath is fresh, and he eats well with a little soft food mixed into his kibble. He rides wonderfully in the car and prefers sitting on your lap or nestled against your chest during the ride. Best of all, Truffles is soft, beautiful, and has a unique heart-shaped marking on his right side—a feature that turns heads and makes people smile everywhere he goes. 💕 💊 Medical Note: Truffles takes Pimobendan, which costs about $130 for a 3-month supply. No kids under 15 yrs. Introducing Copper, the adorable and reserved puppy! Copper may appear reserved at first, but once he trusts you, he will shower you with love and affection. He is a social butterfly when it comes to playing with other dogs and is perfectly fine with cats. Copper is highly motivated by treats, making training sessions a breeze. He has a fondness for blankets and finds comfort in his crate, which serves as his safe haven. Playing with toys brings him immense joy and entertainment. This sweet pup has been neutered and has received all his necessary puppy shots and worming treatments. Copper's journey to us began when his previous owners callously abandoned him in a store parking lot, as they were unable to sell him but did his siblings. Thankfully, Animal Control rescued him and reached out to our rescue organization, where Copper found the love and care he truly deserved. Copper has made great strides in learning to trust but will need a quiet family willing to give him the time he needs to adjust to his new environment and family. INTRODUCING TILLY🐾 Tilly is the seven month old spayed female Pomchi. She is a spunky, smart, active girl who needs time to trust as she had very little human contact for the first several months of her life. Tilly has done well in her foster home once she learned to trust her foster mom. Tilly is very curious about all thing and needs a properly fenced yard and stimulating toys. Like all puppies one needs to keep on eye on them. Tilly is fearful of being picked up or pet by someone she hasn’t had a chance to learn to trust, so an adjustment period is needed. Tilly has done well with the 3 dogs in her foster home but can get overwhelmed when meeting new dogs outside of her home environment. Tilly does well with cats but is still learning proper cat etiquette and will sometimes chase them. Tilly is potty trained and knows how to use a dog door but is still a puppy so she may have an accident in a new home to start. She is doing well with learning how to ask to go out when the dog door is closed. Tilly goes on daily walks and loves car rides. *Fenced yard required *Another dog in the home is required *Best suited for a home with respectful children ages 8 and up
