Butters is a handsome 4 year old Chi/terrier mix. He is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative. He currently weighs around 12lbs. Butters was surrendered when his owner had to move. He previously lived with a cat and seems to enjoy the company of them. Since being in foster he has been around other dogs of all sizes. He does well with them but does not play with them. We think he would do best in a home without young children as they seem to scare him. His perfect home would be an adult home with a cat or calm dog. Butters seems to be house trained and is sleeping in a crate at night. He will require a fenced yard to keep him safe when outside. Rose and Tulip 🌷 🌹 These sisters came to us after they were found to be living outside with their mom, no shelter, and little human interaction. These girls want attention and love, they are just hesitant. These are great size dogs who will make great companions! They would do great in homes with other dogs that can help them come out of their shells. They are getting better each day with walking on the leash! These pups are about 1 year old, now spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. They range from 22-25 pounds and are done growing. Their mom was a Chihuahua/Terrier and their dad was just passing through, so his breed is unknown. Each dog is $60 to adopt! We are open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm! She is bonded with her brother but likes her cuddle time alone. Brother isn’t as much of a cuddle bug as Rio. She does very well indoors. She was trained to potty pads before coming to us. She does well in a kennel but is not used to being leashed. She would much rather be carried. Barks at the cat but does not attack.

That would rival a gal half her age. Dorothy enjoys long walks and if you don't know where to go, that's okay because she will tell you! She loves adventure, and laughs in the face of fear. No noise, crowd or adventure scares this girl. Fireworks, crowded outdoor events, bike rides, small and large dogs and just about every person she has met is cool in her book. While it hasn't been tested yet, I'm pretty sure she would love kayaking. In fact, if it's outdoors, there's a pretty good chance she will love it. This golden gal is sweet and gives the best kisses and butt wiggles. One thing to note is that bodily autonomy is important to her. You know when you find that perfect spot on the couch and you're just too comfy to move? She knows too, and isnt too pleased about giving it up. But if you ask nicely, she will happily scooch for her human. Dorothy has normal senior health aliments, foggy eyes (but gets around just fine in her foster home), occasional cough, due to allergies and age. If you are looking for a vocal sassy and oh so sweet life adventure partner, this kid is for you. Dorothy knows her name but will easily adapt to a new one. Her beautiful collar and favorite blankie will go to her new home. Now how awesome is that? She would do well with both siblings or as an only child. Speaking of kids, she holds her own with high and low energy humans of all ages, even the kids at heart ??. She hasn't been cat tested, but did fine with meeting a frog, birds and has a squirrel friend in the backyard. I was their little princess and lived a spoiled, happy life. But recently, my world changed when my owner passed away, and I found myself looking for a new home.
