A family in northern Alabama moved off and left six or seven little Chihuahua spaniel mixes behind. Their kind neighbor has been feeding them for over a year but they could not afford to get anyone spayed or neutered so of course there are puppies. Two little Chihuahua sisters, one chocolate and one black had puppies the same day with the same little blonde long-haired Chihuahua Spaniel mix dad. Blossom and Reese belong to the chocolate mama and Bubbles belongs to the black mama. They are all very precious. Bubbles is the smallest at about 6 pounds, Blossom is about seven and Reece is about eight lbs. They were born the last of January so they are now 12 weeks old. They have had two sets of shots and worming and will get spayed/neutered next week and will be ready to go to their new homes. The moms are about 15 pounds and the dad is between 15 and 20 pounds so they will remain small. They have been around a gentle four-year-old girl that loved them and they were all very good with her. They are sweet and friendly and outgoing! Not sure of her mix but guessing Chihuahua and probably several other breeds. Her coat is medium length. She’s got the most gorgeous pair of knee high boots that nature can provide. That’s good news. She’s fashionable already and you don’t have to spend money on fashion statements. Her boots were made for walking but we are hoping someone will want to drive Miss Daisy home. Great with other dogs and older children (because of her size) she is tiny at about 10-12 lbs and about 1-1.5 years old. Suzi is located in East, TN. But if you are seeing this on adopt-a-pet, transport fees are included in the adoption fee. Out of state adopters are welcomed. Transport is available to your area in the NorthEast or Great Lakes area. We use the most animal friendly transport on the road (Rescue Riders Transport)! Suzi is a sweet, older lady who is a small breed, chihuahua mix. She was discovered with her brother and sister in their owner's home who passed away while they were inside. They were inside the house with her for 2 days until they were discovered. Her two siblings have been adopted and now it is just Suzi looking for her new forever home. Suzi is dog friendly and is currently in a foster home with small and large dogs. She loves to snuggle and is just all around a sweet girl. She is also potty trained. Suzi turned 9 years old this past March 2024 and she currently lives with a cat at the foster home. Her foster mom says she is doing well with the cat and can be redirected to avoid interacting with the cat as needed. UTD on vaccines, on preventatives, and microchipped.

Prince is a 3 year old male chihuahua that weighs 7 lbs. He came in from a hoarding situation where he and 25 others were living in a dirty dark basement. He has been fixed, vaccinated and microchipped. He was originally scarred to go outside, but will run and play in the grass now. He’s still a little scared, but loves to snuggle right beside you at night. He is being taken outside at regular intervals, but will use a pee pad if he needs to. This little boy needs someone who will treat him like the prince he is. We also transport using the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport. My name is Dino, that's Dee-noh not dye-noh! Cause age is just a number, right? And I'm not a dinosaur! At the ripe ole age of 14 years and change, I found myself needing a new home because my family couldn't properly care for my skin allergies. My skin allergies need a little extra love and care, but my foster mom says I am a really special guy who's looking superbly handsome (and less bald!). I can mingle with people of all ages and dogs of all shapes and sizes, but I like to do my own thing for the most part. And, as long as I'm able to be by my foster mom's side and take naps, I am one happy guy! I am crate trained but usually just sleep in my bed when left at home. I am also house-trained, but may have an accident or two before you learn my potty cues. Puppy pads keep my in check though, if needed! I do take medicine for my skin allergies and can only eat my food allergy kibble. So even though I may sing or beg or do tricks really nicely for some human food, my foster family reminds me it isn't the best for me.

She has limited sight in her left eye but that does not slow her down one bit! She loves to play with other dogs, not tested with cats. Young kids make her nervous but fine with older kids who will let her warm up on her terms. She absolutely loves her crate and is housetrained.  She also loves her home once she gets comfortable but she can be a bit of an escape artist getting out the door but she doesnt go far. Would be best in a home with a fenced yard or an outside area she could go into without anything she could climb  on to jump over.  She loves chew sticks and treats and anything rubber related to toys. Beware as she will steal shoes and anything rubber if she thinks it belongs to her!
