Some people say I have 'a little attitude.' Those people are adorable. I'm basically a fire-breathing dragon trapped in a pint-sized body. I probably have a touch of PTSD from whatever life threw at me before rescue, so here's my advice: don't stress me out, and we won't have any problems. Am I a professional biter? I prefer the term 'enthusiastic personal space advocate.' I have a PhD in saying, 'Please respect my boundaries.' Will I cuddle? Absolutely... ...when I decide it's cuddle time. Other dogs? Meh. I can take them or leave them. I'm not looking to start a fan club. Here's the plot twist: I actually behave like a perfect little gentleman at the vet. Shocking, I know. My blood work looks great, I'm neutered, vaccinated, and medically ready to go. Apparently I save all my dramatic performances for everyone else. What I need is someone who understands dogs like me. Someone who won't try to force affection, who appreciates my tiny-dog confidence, and who knows that trust isn't given—it's earned. Because underneath all this spice is a little guy who just wants to feel safe. Peanut has a big dog personality and if he sees other dogs, he gets super excited, and the yipping sounds scary, but he just wants to play!! He's a nipper and he likes to jump on you out of excitement and although he LOVES kids, he should be in.a home with older kids Peanut is still young, and has plenty of energy to play and run.He has been known to be a runner- He will take off and think, it's a GAME and it will be hard to catch him, so careful at the doors nd fences ;) But smart sweet pup loves kisses and lay on your lap . He walks good on a leash i put 2 one on harness and collar since I don't want him to get loose. (harnesses are too easy to get out of, so a martingale collar is his best collar) He can upset a bigger or smaller dog if they don't have a tolerance for nippiness.In the face kinda of thing he loved to play and he runs super fast lol 😆 they would have to be extra careful that he never gets out of front.Door or takes off he laughing fast 😅 Poor little guy almost got run over on these big streets all alone, and we NEVER want that to happen to him again. So now you know more about the firecracker named Peanut. He is a doll!! ADOPT....DON'T SHOP!! Local adoption fee is $300(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)
