Regardless of his unstable beginnings, Fred holds no grudges and loves to soak up all the attention he can get! He loves playing with toys and is learning to walk politely on a leash. Little Fred's mom is a chihuahua, approximately 12 pounds fully grown, so his expected adult weight is less than 20 pounds. He might be small, but he has so much love to give!
