Story
Meet Bruiser - heavyweight champion of snuggles. Bruiser is a calm, lovable dog whose need for rehoming is due to the passing of his human family, not because of any behavior or care concerns. He came from a loving home with a large yard. While he didn’t receive much training previously, he is smart & motivated by food & toys. He is learning in foster care & has demonstrated he can continue to grow with consistency. He still has verve, but is mostly a cuddly couch potato looking for quiet time & companionship. He has not had prior experience with children. He currently lives with one other dog, whom he is mostly indifferent towards, but he is not tolerant of cats at all. He would thrive in a peaceful, loving home where he can enjoy comfort & cozy companionship. He is a strong chewer who needs durable toys & appropriate treats, but he has not shown destructive behavior toward any household items. Stays alone well and crate trained. ~8yo, 66 lbs, altered, vaccinated. Foster can transport

Story
This leading Lady will steal the show & your heart! Lady is a gentle, affectionate pup whose rehoming is due to the passing of her human family, not for any behavior or care concerns. She came from a loving home with a large yard. While she didn't do much formal training previously, she is learning commands and routines quickly & enthusiastically in foster care. Lady is eager to please (& love), food motivated & very smart. She has demonstrated that with time & attention, she has the potential to become an exceptionally skilled & obedient companion. She loves people, but no prior exposure to children. She currently lives with another dog, but would prefer a home where she doesn’t have to compete for attention & can be someone’s special focus. She'd love learning and building skills alongside you & spending lots of time snuggling. She's got a big bark when startled, but calms very quickly. She sleeps overnight peacefully in a crate. 3yo, 58 lbs, spayed, vacc - records & transport avail.
