Please note that PAHS does NOT do online adoption applications.  You must come to the shelter in person to meet the PAHS pets.Elsa is a 3-month-old female Dachshund mix who, along with her sister, was found abandoned with no owner coming forward. She has a darker tan coat with white markings and stunning golden-yellow eyes. Expected to grow into a medium-sized adult Elsa is loving, sweet, and great with children and other dogs.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75.  All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter.  Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.  *****Please note that PAHS does NOT do online adoption applications.  You must come to the shelter in person to meet the PAHS pets.*****June 29, 2026, 6:35 pm

She has a light tan coat with white markings and will grow to be a medium-sized adult dog. As seen in her pictures, she’s timid and shy, but she’s warming up nicely thanks to the kindness of our staff.
