Story
Taco is an 1-year-old male Boston Terrier/Pit mix who must be neutered before adoption.  He was found as a stray and brought in by city animal control.  No owner claimed Taco so now he is available for adoption.  He has a black coat with white markings on his face, chest, and toes; what a handsome guy!  He weighs 41 pounds so he is a medium sized dog.  Taco is playful, friendly, and would be fine in a home with children and other dogs.  This sweet boy is ready for a new start on life with a loving adopter.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75.  All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter.  Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.  January 14, 2026, 5:37 pm

FOSTER NEEDED! Momma needs your help! This precious little senior Chihuahua is 9 years old; and she has tested heart worm positive. Momma needs a foster while she is undergoing heart worm treatment. We will need a foster for her for 3-6 months. This little sweetheart is well behaved, gentle, and is a cuddly little girl. She weighs 13 pounds so she is a small girl. We will provide everything you need--food, bedding, crate, and we will pay for the heart worm treatments. She would be fine with children. Momma is good with most dogs but if you have another dog, we would require you to bring your dog in for a meet & greet with Momma. If you think you can help Momma out, please call us between 11-4 at 334-358-2882. We really need a foster for Momma as soon as possible.
