Meet Dawg, a 10-year-old sweetheart! We've loved him since he was 6 weeks old — a flea market find in Alabama — and he's spent his whole life with cats and kids since birth. He's calm, even-tempered, and upbeat, with a fun personality that keeps us laughing. He loves romping with the cats, playing with the kids, snuggling on the couch, and — most of all — his treats! He's pad-trained, a lovebug once he knows you. Loud noises or new faces can make him bark at first, but once he sees everything's okay, he settles right down. Care notes: softball-sized benign (non-cancerous) lump on his left side — no effect on health or behavior, no treatment needed, purely cosmetic. Sensitive skin needing regular flea treatment and baths at least twice a week. Due to a relocation after a divorce and job loss, we are heartbroken to rehome him, and can only keep him a few more days. Dawg is ready to bring joy, cuddles, and gray-muzzled charm to his forever home — and he needs that home urgently.

Story
This precious little girl was found in a extremely dangerous situation. I had seen a post about a dog running on the side of a busy four lane. In the pics I thought that she looked like a medium sized pup, maybe 30 lb. Regardless of her size, she needed help & she needed it fast. I had a quick conversation with the man above and said ,"If you need my help, you need to let me spot her on way to town today". Sure enough there she was, I spotted her immediately. This baby was so tiny and very pregnant. For several days I worked on building our relationship. I had learned her routine and found her safe place where I fed her daily. The following morning I set a trap and crossed my fingers and toes. Against all odds ,I got her within an hour & this little girl was exhausted and appeared so relieved. A few weeks later on Easter eve, CoCo Bunny gave birth to four adorable little nuggets "the bunny boys". She is such a special soul, excellent mommy and though she is learning to trust, she will LOVE you like you hung the moon. Her only quirk is that she wants to be with you 24/7. I personally think its because she doesn't want to be left behind ever again. I'm not going to label her "special needs" because her needs are really basic. It's about finding her person, that one needle in the haystack that loves as intensely as Coco does and will give her the attention that she deserves & craves.

Meet Basil! 🐾 Basil is a 5-year-old Chihuahua/Terrier mix and honestly, she's such a sweetheart. She loves being close to her people and getting all the affection she can, but she's also got this fun, spunky side that comes out when she's playing, especially during a good game of tug-of-war (her favorite) or fetch. She's spayed and up to date on her rabies vaccine, and she's healthy with no issues at all. Basil originally belonged to family members, and I took her on more recently, but my lifestyle just doesn't allow me to give her the time and attention she really deserves (I'm barely home). I want her to have a home with plenty of room to play, cuddle, and just be loved the way she deserves. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a little personality to spare, Basil could be such a great fit for your family. 💕

Hello! Molly is a 6 year old sweetheart! My mother got Molly as a rescue when she was just a pup and had her the entire time. Molly loves to sit on the sofa and watch TV and sleep all day! She eats and goes out twice a day, but is so happy just to be lazy around the house. In February we had to move my mother into a care facility and I've had Molly since that time. She is the sweetest dog I've ever known. I have recently moved out of my apartment and I am now living on a boat. Molly needs to have a more normal home and someone who can spend time with her (I'm on the go a lot). I need to find a really good home for this special girl :)
