Story
Lucille has every reason to be cautious, but she chose love instead.
When her owner suddenly moved away, Lucille was left behind with her puppy, another puppy, and another adult dog. Despite being abandoned, she has remained incredibly sweet, trusting, and ready to love again.
This little girl has a calm, gentle personality and would much rather cuddle than cause trouble. She isn't a barker and has a peaceful presence that makes her an easy companion to have around.
Lucille gets along wonderfully with other dogs and with cats, making her a great fit for a variety of homes. More than anything, she just wants a family who will love her forever.
Good fit: someone looking for a calm, affectionate companion who enjoys cuddling and gets along well with other pets.
Adoption process: All adoptions are completed prior to transport. Dogs are picked up at designated transport locations.
If an adoption doesn’t work out (rare, but life happens), we always take our dogs back.
Location: Oklahoma (available to approved out-of-state adopters via transport)
Health: Fully vetted (spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested)
Adoption fee: $550 (includes transport + vetting)
