Desi is one of those little dogs who seems to have it all! At about 11 pounds and 3–4 years old, this Chihuahua/Fox Terrier mix (our best guess!) is sweet, social, and an all-around great companion. She loves everyone she meets, does well with other dogs, has a great appetite, and is a professional snuggler. Desi is crate trained, potty trained, walks well on leash, and is an excellent car companion, making her a great little travel buddy. One of her favorite activities is lizard and squirrel hunting, so she would especially enjoy a home with a securely fenced yard where she can explore and keep an eye out for tiny intruders. After spending time in foster, Desi has shown us what a wonderful little dog she is. Whoever adopts her is getting a very special girl!

Meet Jocelyn – A Quiet Soul with a Gentle Spirit Jocelyn is a tender, independent little dog who’s still learning to trust and feel comfortable in a home environment. She prefers not to be touched yet, but her foster describes her as very sweet and easy to live with—almost like not even having a dog. She enjoys her routines and will politely remind her people when dinner is running late with a few barks. Jocelyn is partially potty trained and typically uses a potty pad indoors. Her favorite pastime is finding a sunny spot by the window to nap and watch the world go by. At night, she likes to rest in her bed beside her foster’s, finding comfort in quiet companionship. If her foster gets up, Jocelyn will often dart away, showing that she still needs time and patience to build confidence. Jocelyn is looking for a calm, understanding home that will give her the space and security she needs to continue coming out of her shell.
