He came to us after being brought in when his owner was arrested, and it’s evident that life hasn’t always been easy for him.Right now, Boss is looking for a calm, patient home where he can learn to feel safe and build trust at his own pace. He is a dog who wants to be with people, but he needs time and understanding to truly open up and show his personality.Because of his sensitivity and need for a quieter environment, Boss would do best in an adult home or one without young children. With gentle guidance, consistency, and kindness, we believe he will form a strong bond with his person and blossom into a loyal companion.Boss isn’t looking for a fast-paced life—he’s looking for someone who will give him the time he needs to finally relax and just be a dog.This pet is available for adoption on 6/8/2026 1:36 PM at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center.
