Story
Quick Facts Name: Jjanggu Age: 1 year old Gender: Male  Neutered/Spayed: Yes Breed: Jindo Mix  Color: White  Weight: 16kg     My Journey Hi, I’m Jjanggu! I’m a one-year-old Jindo mix with a bright white coat and an even brighter personality. Weighing 16kg (35lb), I am friendly, playful, and always ready to make new friends. My journey hasn’t been easy—I was rescued from a shelter where I was placed on the euthanasia list after months without any adoption inquiries. Luckily, kind-hearted people saved me just in time. Though I had to spend extra time in the hospital recovering from canine coronavirus, I’m now healthy and eager to find my forever home.   My Personality I am one of the happiest and most affectionate dogs you’ll ever meet. I love people—whether they are familiar faces or strangers, I will eagerly approach, lean in for pets, and even roll onto my back for belly rubs. When I get excited, I like to jump up and gently place my paws on people to ask for attention. If I really like you, I might even wiggle between your legs to show my affection. Even though I have moments of playful excitement, I am also incredibly laid-back. If I’m tired, I can flop down and rest just about anywhere, whether it’s on the floor, outside on the grass, or even in the middle of a walk.   Social Skills I love meeting other dogs and always approach them with a friendly and playful attitude. I enjoy saying hello to new canine friends, though my playfulness depends on my energy level at the time. I haven’t met any cats yet, so my reaction to them is unknown.   Energy and Activities I have a moderate energy level. I get bursts of excitement where I play, explore, and run around, but I also tire out quickly and love to relax. If I overexert myself, I will simply lie down wherever I am and take a break. During walks, I get excited and may pull on the leash a little, but I listen well to my handler and adjust my pace as needed. I do need supervision outside, as I tend to drink from puddles and standing water if not guided away. I get carsick and experience motion sickness, so car rides might not be my favorite thing. If traveling, it’s best to make sure I have an empty stomach before getting in the car.   Training and Habits I am food-motivated and have no issues with resource guarding. I share my food well with people and other dogs. However, I tend to drink water too quickly, which can sometimes lead to me throwing up if I run around right after. Monitoring my water intake and giving me breaks after drinking will help with this. I don’t bark much, making me a quiet and easygoing companion.   My Ideal Home I would do well in a home that enjoys affectionate and social dogs. Since I love people so much, I would be happiest with a family that enjoys cuddles and interactive playtime. I do well with other dogs, so a home with a friendly canine sibling would be great, but I would also be happy as the only dog as long as I get plenty of attention. My new family should be patient when it comes to my enthusiastic greetings—I might jump up for attention, but I can learn proper manners with gentle training. They should also be mindful of my tendency to drink water too quickly and ensure I take breaks to prevent an upset stomach.   Special Notes I am an incredibly friendly and affectionate dog who will bring endless joy to my forever home. My goofy and carefree personality makes me a delight to be around. I thrive on love and human connection, and I’m ready to give my future family all the affection in the world. If you’re looking for a happy, loving, and easygoing dog, I might be the perfect match for you!   For More YouTube Clips, Click Here! Jjanggu's YouTube Playlist ##2318498##

Story
Quick Facts Name: Chloe Age: 3 years old  Gender: Female Neutered/Sprayed: Yes Breed: Jindo Mix Color: White  Weight: 14kg   My Personality I have a calm and thoughtful nature—I like to take in my surroundings before jumping into new situations. But give me a little time, and you’ll see my affectionate side shine! I love gentle pets and will even tilt my head for extra snuggles when I want more. I’m polite and well-mannered, never pushy or overly excitable. While I enjoy playtime, I’m not one to bounce off the walls. Instead, I prefer quiet moments with my people, relaxing and soaking up their love. I’m also a great listener! I know commands like sit, wait, and no, and I’m always eager to learn more—especially if treats are involved.   My Social Life•   With People: I may be a little shy at first, but once I feel comfortable, I love attention! I enjoy gentle pets, and I can even be picked up without any fuss.•   With Other Dogs: I’m friendly with other dogs, especially those around my size or smaller. I don’t mind saying hello, but I’m more of an observer than a playmate. If another dog is too energetic, I’ll politely let them know I need my space.•   With Cats: I haven’t met a cat yet, but I’d be happy to learn!    On My WalksI love my outdoor adventures! Sometimes I get a little excited and pull on the leash, but I always follow my person’s lead. With gentle guidance, I’ll find my perfect walking rhythm in no time.   Life at HomeI’m a calm and tidy girl who enjoys a peaceful home. I rarely bark and prefer to quietly observe my surroundings. I’m comfortable in a kennel, and I travel well in the car, though I appreciate a little time to settle in new environments. When it comes to food, I’m polite and patient—I can wait my turn and even share with friends when my human gives the okay. I do best with clear guidance, so if you use simple commands like eat, no, or wait, I’ll understand exactly what to do! I also have great house manners—I prefer doing my business outside and keep my space neat and clean.    My Ideal HomeI’d love a forever family that appreciates my gentle and thoughtful nature. My perfect home would have•   A patient and loving human who will give me time to settle in.•   A peaceful environment where I can relax and feel secure.•   A friendly, respectful dog sibling (or just a loving human to be my best friend!).   Special MessageIf you’re looking for a sweet, calm, and loyal companion, I might be the perfect match for you! I can’t wait to find a family that will love me as much as I’ll love them.   For More YouTube Clips, Click Here!Chloe's YouTube Playlist ##2307184##

Quick Facts  Name: Seolgi Age: 4 years old Gender: Male Neutered/Spayed: Yes Breed: Jindo Mix  Color: Ivory  Weight: 14.5kg Heartworm: Treated January 3 2024 All About MeWelcome to my profile page everyone. This is Seolgi, a 4 year old Jindo mix boy, weighing 14.5kg. When you first see me, I will probably catch your attention with my appearance. Although I am Jindo mix, I rather look like a mix of Labrador Retriever and Pitbull with a clean ivory coat. Before I got rescued, I was on the leash (it was very short!!!) for 2 years. I had no food or water, but I survived for 2 years with whatever strangers offered me. Luckily, I got rescued by a kind human and I am now ready for my second chapter of my life. My PersonalityI like to socialize with people, but I might appear to be a bit shy in the beginning. But no worries. Offer me some treats and I can easily get along with you. Once I get comfortable, I will show you my belly (belly rub please!) and let you lift me up under my belly. Kids under 13 year old? I love kids! I think they are awesome! I like to hang out with kids and adults. Social SkillsNot only humans, but I also like to play with furry friends! I easily approach them as I want to play with them. I usually get along with almost everyone but for some reason, I cannot get along with boys that are big in size! But if anybody tries to pick up a fight, be aware because I will not step back!!! Oh, and if I ever get into a fight with anybody, I refuse to play with that specific one (I will never forget what happened…..?) So please keep an eye on me when I am with other friends. Sigh… A bit embarrassing to say, but when I was at the shelter, I often got into fights and got myself in trouble few times and maybe that is the reason why I might appear to be a bit shy in the beginning! With cats, I have seen them, but they did not draw my attention that much. I will probably need to get myself tested to find out more on this! Chickens? Ooooh! I saw chickens before! My friends went crazy when they saw chickens, but I had zero interest at all. Energy and ActivitiesWith lack of walk experience, I cannot say I am a pro. I tend to stop and sniff often during my walk. I prefer to walk in a quiet area rather than busy roads where there are cars everywhere. When I get frightened, I might stop and lie down on my belly. My energy level is fairly high so if you want me to relax quietly at home, please provide me sufficient amount of outdoor activities on a daily basis. Training and HabitsI recently had my guarding test done. Hmm.. I do not guard against people (because I love them so much) but I growl ? at other furry ones if they approach me too close while I am eating! Personal space guys!!! Step back when I eat!!!!!! So if you hear me growling, that means I do not want to get distracted while I am eating. I might also bark when there I see strangers or if there is anything that I need that requires a human’s attention. I got my crate-training done and I am confident that I can stay calm inside. As I mentioned before, I get scared of cars. So when I need to get inside the car, I may need a bit of your help. Just give me a lift, and I will get in. For potty breaks, I prefer to go outside and do my business. When I visit new places, there is a chance that I might start marking as well. Special NotesI am an absolute human-lover who needs my forever home and family. My childhood was lonely, and I do not really have good memories so far. But thankfully I got rescued and I am now getting myself prepared to meet my own family for the first time!
