Story
Holly is a sweet little Chi girl who was found on Christmas Eve as a stray. Her finders were from out of state and they were heading home the next day so we took her in to try to find her owners. Well, after a long search, it appears no one was looking. She is sweet and learns routine well. She is playful and spunky with other dogs. She gets along well with all dogs but prefers smaller dogs and puppies or younger dogs to match her energy. She is a small girl about 14 pounds and likes to be carried. She is a little Spaz about everything she does including eating, drinking, its just apart of her personality. She is good with kids, but not really young kids under 8 is recommended as she can be a little mouthy. She is good with cats as well. Story
Scooby is a sweet middle-aged man looking for his forever home. Scooby loves to chill and relax when he is at home. He has been raised around other dogs, kids, and cats (although not his favorite). He loves to spend time outdoors soaking in the sun, but also laying with his human. His favorite thing is sleeping under the covers in his human's bed at night time and chewing on bones and toys. Even though Scooby has lost his sight, he has learned the word 'Up' when you want him to jump on the couch or bed, and also 'Step' when there is a step up or down that he needs to be aware of. He quickly learns his way around the home as well and would do best in an uncluttered home with limited amount of objects on the floor. Scooby is crate trained to stay in the crate during the day when humans are not at home. He does, however, prefer to sleep in the bed, rather than in the crate overnight. If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting Scooby, please fill out the adoption application and a super cool person from the rescue will contact you to schedule the meet and greet. ** The adoption fee is a tax-deductible contribution to our 501c3 rescue. This fee covers vaccines, deworming, microchipping, and spaying/neutering. Meet and greets will only be arranged after we receive a completed and signed application. Please note that we do not follow a first-come, first-served policy. Instead, we thoroughly evaluate each application to ensure the best possible fit for the pet, considering breed characteristics and the lifestyle of the potential adopter.

Story
Tilda is a sweet little senior girl that was found alone abandoned on the streets in the freezing rain! A good Samaritan found her and held her while looking for her owners. No Owners came forward and after the stray hold was over, she turned her over to us to make sure that she gets the love and care that she needs. She is very little and has barely any teeth so she will need a soft diet for the rest of her life. Tilda is a sweet little old lady that is doesn't want to share her humans lap with any other animals, as she wants all the attention on herself. She is a couch potato and is just looking for a humans lap! If you think Tilda would be a good fit for your home, please complete the adoption application. Tilda also qualifies for our senior to senior program. Please inquire for more details.
