KC is a sweetheart. She's quiet, keeps to herself, a lot like a cat. Our young children grew up with her but never really made a connection. Our youngest was diagnosed with Autism and has made it clear he no longer likes dogs. KC needs a home with some more love, she doesn't require walks but she'll take them! She doesn't care to be outside very long, she does her business and will come right back in. Loves a good, long belly rub. She's content with staying inside on a comfy surface...again, she's like a cat. She hates thunderstorms and fireworks though, makes her super anxious! Friendly with strangers, other dogs and cats... Haven't had her around other animals but I could imagine she'd sniff and move on. She's very chill!

Meet Rocky – Smart, Sweet, Dog Rocky has been with our family from 10 weeks old, (DOB: 01/05/2025) and he has grown into a wonderfully smart and loving dog. He is quick to learn and eager to please— mastering all the basics like sit, come, toy, dinner, no. He has been fully potty trained and has excellent manners overall (with some playful puppy energy). Rocky has been raised in a home with two children (ages 6 and 9) and enjoys their company. He loves walks and playing fetch and going walks, and tugofwar. He’s affectionate—often happiest curled up at your feet or sitting in your lap. While Rocky is friendly and loving, he can be a bit shy when meeting new adults, but does warm up quickly. However, when he feels overwhelmed by unfamiliar people coming into the backyard unannouced, he barks at them as a way of expressing discomfort. He would do better in a calmer environment. This decision has been very difficult because Rocky is a good dog. Our home has become too busy.
