Prea is currently being fostered in NJ.
Prea is an 8-month-old Cockapoo who is as resilient as she is adorable. While her "teddy bear" looks make her popular, she is looking for a specific kind of hero—one who respects her boundaries and understands that love sometimes looks like giving space.
Having had a very rough start in life, Prea is a survivor seeking a "no-demands" home. She isn’t a plug-and-play puppy; she is a beautiful, "as-is" treasure who must move at her own speed. She doesn't need someone to fix her; she just needs someone to let her be.
Zero Pressure: She must be allowed to acclimate without being forced into affection or rushed to "perform."
Patience First: Prea needs to exist in your home without expectations. When she feels safe, she will choose to come to you on her own terms.
The Reward: Once that connection is made at her pace, she is 100% successful and a wonderful companion.

Many of our dogs have lived with cats. While we don't assess for cat compatibility, with thoughtful introductions and your guidance, successful dog-cat relationships are common.
